REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Crazy Florist, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Live Plants & Seeds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants and seeds:

Returns are NOT accepted once delivered.

However, refunds or replacements may be provided if:

  • You receive a damaged or dead plant

  • Wrong product is delivered

📸 Unboxing video & images are mandatory within 24 hours of delivery.


2. Garden Accessories & Non-Perishable Items

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product is unused

  • Original packaging is intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided


3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Live plants after 24 hours

  • Seeds once opened

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Damage caused by improper care or handling


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
